By opting in to receive mobile messages from Radiant Anesthesia, you:

• Confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided
• Authorize Radiant Anesthesia to send messages using automated technology, including auto-dialer systems
• Understand that your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving services

Message volume will vary depending on your appointment schedule and preferences. Generally:

After sending STOP, you’ll receive a confirmation message. You won’t receive further messages unless you re-enroll.
