Meet Our Leadership

Dr. Bates received a bachelors in accounting at the University of Arizona before redirecting his focus to medicine. He received his medical degree at UT Houston and proceeded to complete his Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center where he was elected Chief Resident. 

Dr. Cooper earned his bachelor's degree at Southwestern University. He continued his education at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School where he received his medical degree. Dr. Cooper completed his residency training at UTMB in Galveston.

Alyssa will be working closely with all of our partner offices to ensure smooth scheduling, rapid communication, and continued excellence in service delivery. She will also serve as an additional point of contact for your team, and we are confident you will enjoy working with her as much as we do.

Dr. Lerom is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, precise anesthesia in office-based and outpatient settings. She earned her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M, attended medical school at UT Houston, and completed her anesthesiology residency at UTMB Galveston. 

Dr. Rosener is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, precise anesthesia in office-based and outpatient settings. He earned his undergraduate degree in Oklahoma, attended medical school at UTMB Galveston, and completed his anesthesiology residency at UT Southwestern. 

Dr. Cardini is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Dallas, medical school at UT Health Science Center San Antonio, and anesthesiology residency at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Blankenship is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Texas Tech, medical school at Texas A&M, and anesthesiology residency at the University of Massachusetts.

Dr Matthews is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. She completed her undergraduate studies at Gannon University, medical school at Lake Erie Consortium of Osteopathic Medicine, and anesthesiology residency at UT Houston

Dr Pace is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and anesthesiology residency at University of Michigan.

Dr Baluch is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Trinity College, medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and anesthesiology residency at University of Miami.

Dr. Gulde is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, anesthesiology residency at UT Southwestern and completed a pain management fellowship at UCLA .

Dr. Ettinger is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Air Force Academy, medical school at LSU and trained initially at UT Southwestern in neurosurgery before changing to anesthesia and completing residency at John Hopkins.

Dr. Turner is the lead physician and co owner of Radiant Austin. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, medical school at Texas Tech and completed his anesthesia training at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Moreland is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. She completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, medical school and anesthesia residency at University Health Sciences Center San Antonio. Fun fact: Dr. Moreland is also a board certified pediatrician.

Dr. Dupont is a board-certified anesthesiologist providing safe, patient-focused care. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin and continued to complete medical school and Residency at UT Houston.
